The maximum amount of places available at the Mill and the Rise is 50 per lake.
Once these palaces have been filled we operate a waiting list.
Tickets start on 1st april and run to the 25th march each year.
You may also pay in instalments ring for details.
THE MILL: An annual membership is £225.
THE RISE: An annual membership is £325.
GOLD CARD: Annual membership card £450
WINTER membership: Please contact sales for details.
Winter membership runs from October - March.
Gold card information
Essex carp syndicates have 10 gold cards available for the 2010/2011 season.
The Gold card entitles the holder to fish all lakes under Essex carp syndicates.

Day tickets are available only on the small lake (MILL3). The day ticket system is operated on the discretion of the bailiff . The number of day tickets are very strictly limited.
If your intrested in a day ticket please call 07907 113112 to check availability.
The price for a Mill 3 day ticket will be £10.00 a rod or £15.00 for 2 rods with a maximum of 2 rods allowed, fishing times will be from dawn till dusk.
This applies to the smaller lake only must be booked 24 hour in advance, via the 07907 113112.
